Day One: I started a blog.

I'm starting this blog as a way of motivating myself. I am usually the kind of person that daydreams of all the fantastic things I am capable of, but when I get off work and land at home all I do is turn off my brain and watch TV. While this is perfectly fine for most people, I can't shut out the feeling that life is passing me by, and with it the chance to do something really amazing.

So here is the gist: everyday I am going to push myself to do something that I wouldn't normally do. Really, that could be most anything because, as I mentioned before, my free time is mostly spent imitating the doldrum creatures from The Phantom Tollbooth.
